The acquisiton of ROVEMA Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH finally has taken place by a new investor group. Authorized by the committee of creditors, Dr. Jan Markus Plathner from the lawyer's association Brinkmann & Partner, Frankfurt am Main, has accepted the offer to enter into a contract with the investor group headed by Dr. Sepp Lachenmaier, Dr. Winfried Ley and Thomas Becker, all having wide experience in the machinery industry.

After 5 months of successful cooperation between the ROVEMA employees, the workers committee and the administrator and a stable turnover at high level, a sustainable solution for the future direction of ROVEMA is achieved.

In November 2009 ROVEMA Verpackungsmaschinen GmbH as well as her sister company HASSIA-PILTZ  GmbH had filed for insolvency. Since that time Dr. Jan Markus Plathner has managed the continuation of business to the full extent.
