Innovations in figures - a steep carrier
2005
World novelty at the Interpack exhibition: the first form-fill-seal machine with linear motor drive technology.
2003
VVI, the vertical intermittent side-sealed bag system with motor driven format adjustment is introduced into the market.
The intensive construction process at the final packaging department leads to a new machine generation that is presented at The Interpack exhibition for the first time.
1999
The design of a new generation of cartoners is finalized and presented at the Interpack exhibition.
1998
The new generation of form-fill-seal machine with continuous and intermittent mode of operation is introduced into the market. The application of magnesium at machine construction is awarded during the 21st “Deutschen Verpackungswettbewerb”.
1996
At the Interpack exhibition ROVEMA presents the sensational brick pack machine SBS with modular driving technology. Bag top shapes of unknown flexibility can be formed.
ROVEMA wins the 1. price of the 19th „Deutschen Verpackungswettbewerb“ for the newly developed stabilo seal system.
The design of new effective machines for the final packaging is pushed ahead to enable an appropriate ecologic packaging.
1992
The continuous working principle ROTOSEAL® keeps going and is manufactured as a serial production.
1986
Again ROVEMA sets standards with the continuous working form-fill-seal machine a high-speed machine with rotating sealing jaws and a continuous film transport..
1981
At the newly established electronic design department own hard- and software concepts are worked out.
1973
Foundation of the engineering department for complete lines.
1966
The fast development of new machines goes on cartoner, bag makers for big bags up to 100 litre. The electronic control is implemented in the packaging machines.
1961
Cartoner with new integrated vertical bag maker enables for the first time a bag-in-box packaging.
1959
World novelty the first vertical form-fill-seal machine with retracting belt for the production of stable gusseted bags. A technical principle with which all form-fill-seal machines around the world work with.
