As a business division of ROVEMA GmbH we accompany you and your ROVEMA packaging machine from the factory acceptance test onwards throughout the complete operating life of your machine.

At the Customer Service Center you will find the right contact person for all topics related to your ROVEMA machine:
  • friendly and competent commercial clerks take care of requests, purchase orders and invoices
  • experienced spare part technicians provide  prompt answers to your questions and help you develop innovative solutions
  • dedicated service coordinators support you on the phone and on site whenever you need our help
  • reliable, accredited and multilingual service technicians are at your disposal all over the world
